FAQs
Q: Do we drop back to the lowest tier every year?
A: Not necessarily! You have 12 months from the date of enrollment to meet the spend thresholds, then an additional 12 months from that date to maintain or move into the next threshold. If you do not re-qualify within 12 months, you will be down to the matching tier.
Q: How can we reach higher tiers if you're moving to yearly spend, rather than the current lifetime spend?
A: The new program will have brand new spending amounts! We can't go into specifics just yet, but know that we did a lot of math to make sure customers could still get into higher tiers without making it impossible. For example, our current Obsessed Tier is a lifetime spend of $2,500. Our new Obsessed Tier will be MUCH lower than that to get into.
Q: Will any rewards I've already redeemed expire when the new program goes live?
A: No! Those will remain active with their regular expiration window. Shipping is 30 days, $ rewards 6 months
Q: Will new tier entry rewards still be around?
A: Yes and they will stay with their current expiration dates.
Q: Will my current points carry over into the new program?
A: No. Current points will not transfer over, so be sure to redeem and spend them before August 1st.
Q: What is "priority customer service queue"
A: Those in Tier 3 and Tier 4 will be bumped to the top of our email queues to have their questions answered more urgently
Q: Do I start each year with zero points?
A: Point will expire 12 months after they are earned.
