How do I submit a return?Updated a month ago

Start your return through our Returns Portal for a fast and easy experience. 

Step 1 

Enter your order number and shipping zip code.
• If you purchased in store, select “Start with email.”
• If you’re returning a gift, choose the gift return option. 

Step 2 

Package your item securely with all original tags attached.
Items must be unworn and unwashed to be accepted. 

Step 3 

Attach your prepaid return label and drop off your package. 

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. 

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. 

Refunds to original payment methods are subject to a $9 prepaid return label fee (per order), deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose store credit.
