We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. 

Items must be returned in original condition. Altered items are not eligible for return. 

Exchanges & Store Credit 

Free exchanges and store credit within 30 days of delivery.
There are no fees associated with exchanges or store credit returns. 

Fast Exchanges:
As soon as your return label is scanned by the carrier, your replacement order is processed in our system with standard shipping. 

Flexible Exchanges:
You may exchange your item for any product currently available on our website (inventory permitting). Uneven exchanges are welcome — price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. 

Store credit is issued as an Ivy City Co eGift Card that never expires and may be used toward future purchases. 

Inventory for exchanges is not guaranteed. If your requested item becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Refunds 

Refunds to your original payment method are available within 30 days of delivery. 

A $9 prepaid return label fee (per order) will be deducted from your refund.
This fee is waived if you choose store credit or return in store. 

Shipping costs, shipping protection, discounts, and redeemed rewards are non-refundable. 

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
Your financial institution may require additional time to post funds. 

Final Sale 

Items marked final sale — including items priced ending in .99 — are not eligible for return or exchange.

In-Store Returns 

Free in-store returns and exchanges are available at our Riverton, UT location within your 30-day return window from delivery. 

Purchases Made on Payment Installment Plans 

Orders placed using installment payment providers are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. 

Exchanges are not available for installment plan purchases. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method according to your installment provider’s terms.
